What’s Happening

March 23rd: Board Meeting 10:00 am.  Members welcome.
April 1st: Irrigation water comes on
April 1st: Please have Assessment payments made to avoid Late Fees
October 15th: Irrigation Water goes off

WATER IS FLOWING! – Gates at the Naches River were opened Monday April 3rd this year (since the 1st fell on a Saturday).  It can take around 10 days for all the lines to fill up.  If your service spigot is not producing water by Wednesday, April 12th, please call Maintenance to let them know as there may be a clog in your line that will need to be blown out.  We hope everyone has a wonderful summer with green lawns and bountiful gardens!  If any irrigation water issue do arise, please call us right away!

2023 Annual Irrigation Assessment Invoices were all mailed February 1, 2023.  Please let us know if you have not received yours.  For your convenience, there are multiple methods to make payment.  Click on the PAY BILL button at the top of the Home Page to see all your options.  If you have not paid our invoice by now, a $10 late fee is being added to all open invoices and a second billing will be sent out this month.  If you need to make payment arrangements, we are happy to work with you, but we need to hear from you.
