NCCA installed approximately 400 feet of 10 inch HDPE pipe. The 50 foot sections were donated by City of Yakima and hauled from the Old Union headworks on the Naches River just across the freeway from Fred Meyer. Once the sections were fused together they were “slipped”, pulled through the old deteriorating concrete pipeline.

This job involved slipping 300 feet along 12^th Ave then turning a corner to slip an additional 100 feet on Logan. In order to turn the corner, we had to excavate and remove the old concrete pipe through the corner, then guide the new HDPE pipe around the corner into the remaining old concrete line to continue the slip on the Logan stretch.
