2025 Annual Irrigation Assessment Invoices were all mailed February 1 – a second billing went out March 19th. If you paid your bill and received a Past Due notice, please disregard. If you have not paid our invoice by now, a Late Fee and Interest is being added to all open invoices as of April 1st. If you need to make payment arrangements, we are happy to work with you, but we need to hear from you. Shut Off’s for non-payment began in July. Door hangers have been left at parcels that have been shut off. For your convenience, there are multiple methods to make payment. Click on the PAY BILL button at the top of the Home Page to see all your options.
Board of Directors Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every other month 10:00 am at our shop on W Powerhouse Rd. The first part of the meetings are open to any members who would like to attend. If you have an issue you would like to add to the agenda, please contact the office. Remaining meetings in 2025 are September 17th and November 19th.
